Gardening used to be a way of life. It was how families survived just a few centuries and many decades ago. My family are long time gardeners and I have wonderful memories of being in the garden with my family. My grandmother still tells me stories of how her mom (my great-grandmother) gave birth to her in a field on a cotton sack with her older brother hanging from the cotton sack’s corner.

Our owner, Nikki, has 18 years of professional green industry experience. Nikki grew up in the family vegetable garden and has a passion to see others take back control of their joy, health, and food through landscaping & gardening. She will be the first one to tell you that she may not know everything about landscaping & gardening because there is always a new “to you” plant or improvement that can be made while landscaping & gardening. Her landscaping & gardening passions also include: pollinator gardening, creating wildlife habitat with natives, and beautifying through landscape design!
